Who are we?
At ReadySteadyGo (RSG), we understand the importance of providing regular
opportunities for children with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and their
carers/parents to engage in activities that promote their development. Our goal
is to help these children build social interaction skills, form friendships,
and gain confidence and independence, empowering them to achieve their goals
based on their own abilities and reach their full potential.
One of the key benefits of our program is the integration it offers. RSG
provides children with Autism the chance to interact with their peers and
become a part of their local communities. This integration helps to remove
feelings of isolation that children with ASC often experience.
Through our carefully designed activities, we aim to create an inclusive
environment where children with Autism can thrive. Our program focuses on
promoting social interaction, which is a crucial skill for individuals with
ASC. By engaging in activities with their peers, children with Autism have the
opportunity to practice and develop their social skills in a safe and
supportive setting.
Friendships play a vital role in the lives of all children, and this is no
different for those with Autism. At RSG, we understand that building
friendships can be challenging for children with ASC due to difficulties in
communication and social understanding. Our program provides a structured and
facilitated environment where children can form meaningful connections with
their peers. These friendships not only enhance their social well-being but
also contribute to their overall development.
Confidence and independence are essential qualities for all children to
develop. For children with Autism, these qualities can be particularly
challenging to cultivate. Through our program, we aim to empower children with
ASC by providing them with opportunities to take on new challenges and achieve
their goals. By focusing on their individual abilities, we help them build
confidence in their own capabilities and foster a sense of independence.
By participating in RSG activities, children with Autism also benefit from
exposure to different environments and experiences. This exposure helps broaden
their horizons and encourages them to explore their interests and passions. It
also provides them with the chance to develop a sense of belonging within their
local communities.
At RSG, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their
full potential. Our regular meetups and activities are designed to support
children with Autism Spectrum Conditions and their families in their journey
towards growth and development. By providing a nurturing and inclusive
environment, we aim to empower these children to overcome challenges, develop
meaningful relationships, and lead fulfilling lives.
If you are a parent or carer of a child with Autism, we invite you to join
us at ReadySteadyGo and be a part of our community. Together, we can make a
positive difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
