Are you currently providing support to a young autistic adult with high support needs aged 18 to 24, who resides in the Gwent area ?
If your young person currently has limited or no social opportunities, we would like to invite them to participate in a new pilot scheme that Ready Steady Go Charity are running. This initiative will provide weekly social group meetings, independent living skills workshops, and opportunities to engage in volunteering within the local community.
Our aim is to support a small group of young autistic adults for a few hours each week, assisting them in developing their skills and broadening their social networks.
This pilot scheme will run for eight months, with the intention of evolving into a permanent programme in the future.
