Last weekend our amazing Ready Steady Go staff pitched for funds to provide 12 extraordinary activities for our Youth Club members in the Gwent High Sheriff Community Fund, Your Voice Your Choice.
We focused on the high level of support we will offer to make this happen …. and we did it!
We were awarded £7500 to run the activities below:
– Farm duties and animal care
– Kayaking
– Archery
– Tents & campfires
– White water rafting
– Construction work experience
– Pony trek
– Groom and hack
– Wetlands experience (birds and pond life)
– Boat trip
– Laser Combat
– Activity centre – introduction to activities – including, climbing and go-karting
