We are delighted to announce that The National Lottery Community Fund (People & Places) has awarded £497,379.00 over five years to fund Ready Steady Go Charity.
The award will support us to achieve our goals to:
- Continue & expand our existing support to our children & their families in Monmouthshire
- Develop an Independent Living Skills group for our 12 – 17 year olds
- Develop & support Sibling Activities
- Continue to develop our Pilot Pre-diagnosis Pre-school group
