Pour Myself a Cup of Autism Podcast

Because parenting an autistic child takes more than your average parenting … sometimes it takes a very large cup of coffee.

Welcome to Pour Myself a Cup of Autism – a podcast for parents, carers and families navigating the wonderfully chaotic, exhausting, hilarious and sometimes heartbreaking world of autism.

This is a space for real stories from real people. No sugar-coating. No pretending we have it all figured out. Just honest conversations about life with autistic children – the meltdowns, the victories, the sleepless nights, the belly laughs, the battles, the breakthroughs and everything in between.

We’ll talk about autism advocacy, education, diagnosis, support, inclusion and the systems families have to fight their way through. But we’ll also talk about the things that don’t always make it into the official conversations — the exhaustion, the guilt, the worry, the ridiculous moments, the unexpected joys and the fierce love that makes parents get back up and do it all again.

You’ll hear from parents, carers, autistic voices, professionals and advocates, sharing their experiences, lessons, frustrations and hope.

Because our children don’t need fixing.

They need understanding, acceptance, support and people willing to stand beside them and fight for them.

So in 2027 grab your coffee, find five minutes of peace if you can, and come have a chat.

The fun. The crazy. The exhaustion. The advocacy. The love. The chaos.

This is Pour Myself a Cup of Autism.

Welcome ☕️… to be launched in 2027

Spread the love
